01The challenge
Pulse had a beautifully designed wearable and a web companion that looked like an internal admin panel. Users were checking it once and never coming back.
02Our approach
We re-grounded the dashboard in three daily questions, designed a coaching layer that turned data into action, and built a marketing site that converts cold traffic into hardware buyers.
03The outcome
DAU/MAU climbed from 28% to 73%, premium upgrades nearly tripled, and the app store rating is now 4.9 across both platforms.
