01The challenge

Norden's products are remarkable in person and impossible to evaluate online. Returns were eating margin and the trade team were drowning in PDF spec sheets.

02Our approach

We built lightweight 3D product previews, a fabric and finish configurator, and a trade portal where interior designers can spec a room, save a moodboard and request samples in one flow.

03The outcome

AOV nearly doubled, returns dropped by a third, and trade enquiries more than tripled — now a quarter of revenue.
