A bespoke wealth-management portal with bank-grade auth, live portfolio data and a calm, editorial information design.
01The challenge
Monarch's existing portal looked like a Bloomberg terminal in a beige cardigan. Clients with eight-figure portfolios were getting better visualisations from their banking apps.
02Our approach
We re-cut the information architecture around the questions clients actually ask, designed a calm, editorial visual language and built a typed front-end on a hardened API. Bank-grade auth and audit logging from day one.
03The outcome
Login frequency doubled, time-to-insight dropped by two-thirds, and CSAT moved from 3.1 to 4.8. The portal is now the firm's primary client touchpoint.
