Overview
A Savile Row tailor's first credible digital home — bespoke booking, editorial PDPs and a made-to-measure configurator.
01The challenge
A 90-year-old Savile Row house with a digital storefront that read like a 2009 brochure. Their younger global clientele were buying elsewhere — even when Mason had the better cloth.
02Our approach
We rebuilt the brand for screen, designed a made-to-measure configurator that mirrors the in-store fitting, and tied appointment bookings into the cutters' real diaries. Editorial PDPs let the cloth do the talking.
03The outcome
Online revenue more than doubled, fitting-room appointments tripled, and 41% of new bespoke clients now arrive having pre-configured a suit on the site.
