01The challenge
Larkfield were giving 18% of room revenue to Booking.com because their own site couldn't close. Beautiful brand, broken funnel.
02Our approach
A cinematic, story-first site with rooms, dining and weddings each given their own narrative. We integrated SiteMinder for live availability, simplified the booking flow to three steps, and added a 'best-rate guarantee' badge that actually works.
03The outcome
Direct bookings tripled in six months, OTA share dropped by a third, and the hotel hit its highest RevPAR on record.
